TECHNOLOGY
In our 3.000m2 factory we have unique equipment designed exclusively for our production. The automated warehouse management system allows us to personalise and speed up the preparation of every individual order. The two production lines of 16m length and automated cutting process connected directly with a CAD system, allow us to optimise production times and manage real-time changes of the shape, ensuring excellence and precision in the result. The advanced automated packaging system guarantees maximum traceability and product integrity.
PRODUCTS
Our products are made following a production chain "Made in Italy" as a guarantee of excellence of the Italian craftsmanship, offering our customers a complete range of tie linings cut, sewn, and also per meters. Mainly specialised in precious raw materials such as pure wool and cotton, we propose variants in all weights, finishes and naps, ensuring high quality products over time in accordance with costumers needs. The large products options of linings allows you to test your ideal tie lining design and, where you cannot find your desired product, we can achieve it together with you.
ETHICAL CERTIFICATION
We contribute to shaping a sustainable life project with the design and realisation of linings for organic ties, getting the company certification "Got's" (Global Organic Textile Standard) in addition to the already historic "Reach" certification and "Oeko tex". We like the idea of producing in an environmental friendly way. We believe in a production procedure that protects the environment. We stand out against the practice of "Mulesing" carried out on sheep and we believe the current situation unacceptable, therefore we agreed to buy wool yarn exclusively from suppliers that certify their products "Mulesing free" for the preservation and protection of ethical and social values.
